If our team leaves due to inappropriate or unsafe behaviour, or underage guests are present, no refund will be issued.
Where a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 10 working days.
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event to info@hunkybutlerservice.co.uk.
