TERMS AND CONDITONS

I. A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to confirm ALL bookings. The remaining balance is due following booking confirmation.

II. The method of payment for the remaining balance will be communicated in the booking confirmation correspondence .

III. Our charges per service vary and are specified in your quote.

IV. Additional charges may apply for specific locations. These additional charges will not be highlighted in the quote. In the event of a price increase due to a specific location the customer will be given the option for a full refund (including the £20 deposit) if they do not want to pay the additional fee.

V. Hunky Butler Service cannot be held liable for booking errors. Refunds or booking transfers will not be provided in the case of booking errors.

VI Administration fees may be applied upon changes in booking details.

VII. Any incorrect details provided by the customer, which include but are not limited to event address, mobile number and booking time that cause the customer to cancel will not result in any refunds booking transfers.

VIII. By attending our event, you agree to allow the use of photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

I. Our butlers, life drawing models and all other staff are self-employed Contractors of Hunky Butler Service and are not our employees.

II. Our staff offer a variety of services advertised on the website.

III. We always strive to accommodate your preferences; however, the selection of staff remains at our discretion. Refunds or discounts will not be made if specific requests cannot be met.

IV. All attendees at the event must be at least 18 years of age and consent to the services being for adults only.

V. Hunky Butler Service takes no liability for any underage attendees present at the event. This responsibility lies with the event organiser and all other adults present at the event.

VI. All attendees at the event must treat our staff fairly and must not discriminate against them in anyway. This includes behaviour that our butlers believe to be unsafe or inappropriate .

VII. Should any attendees not adhere to (2vi) above, then butlers are permitted to leave the venue and a refund will not be provided for any time or services lost.

VIII. Any incorrect details provided by the customer which include but are not limited to event address, mobile number and booking time that cause a butler to miss the booking (or part of the booking) will not result in a refund booking transfer.

IX. All attendees at the event consume food and drink at their own risk, Hunky Butler Service assumes no liability for any harm causes due to food and drink consumption.

I. Hunky Butler Service has the right to cancel a booking at any time and a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is initiated by Hunky Butler Service.

II. All deposits are non-refundable, apart from when Hunky Butler Service has initiated the cancellation.

III. If you wish to cancel a booking, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event any money paid in excess of the deposit paid will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, then all money paid is non-refundable.

I. Hunky Butler Service accepts no liability for any damages that you and/or your guests may experience, either directly or indirectly, due to any actions from us or our butlers or any breach of contract by us or our butlers.

II. Hunky Butler Service accepts no liability for any death or personal injury caused to you or your guests due to any actions from us or our butlers or any breach of contract by us or our butlers. This includes actions by all our staff who are contract workers.

III. Hunky Butler Service also accepts no liability for any death or personal injury to our Contractors because of our negligence or actions or the negligence or actions of any guests.

IV. Hunky Butler Service accepts no liability for any damage to Contractor property whilst they are in travelling to and from the venue.

V. Hunky Butler Service accepts no liability any death or personal injury caused to Contractors whilst they are in travelling to and from the venue.

IV. Where liability is not excluded under parts I-V our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services by the event organiser.
